One of the most innovative features of the John Deere 7R 290 is its Integrated Intelligence (IIS). IIS is a computerized system that allows the driver to "see" more than just the front or back view of the tractor. It actually identifies the "contents" of the tractor - those hidden dangers that can sneak up on you! With the integrated intelligence system, you can zoom in on your surroundings and see further than you ever could before, all without having to physically take your eyes off the tractor. You can keep your eyes on the job at hand, even while checking the status of your tractor and its cargo.
The John Deere 7R290 comes standard with a fully automatic three-cab tractor cab, powered by a 6HP John Deere gasoline engine. In addition, it is equipped with a liquid cooling system, a five-speed automatic transmission, and front disc brake for added safety. This rugged yet versatile piece of farm equipment is also fitted with a heavy duty Electronic Brake-force Distribution system (EBCD), which allows the tractor to slow down as soon as the brakes are applied. It also has front and rear bumpers, side curtain air bags, side curtain flaps, and a steel stabilizer bar to help make sure that your cab is stable in any direction.
The John Deere 7R290 is also available in a wide range of models with numerous options and enhancements.
